This now rare, labour intensive skill is practised by only a handful of Master Craftsmen printmakers worldwide.
Monochrome prints made in this way are stunningly beautiful with an etching-like appearance. The range of tones and detail that is revealed in the shadow and highlight areas of the image is unmatched by any other print making process. You can be assured of the finest quality in photographic fine art.
Fine art intaglio prints are made on hand laid paper, mounted on ph neutral mount board, double matted and presented in high quality wood frames to complement the image.
There is choice of plain float glass or non reflective glass available.
Each framed print is authenticated, numbered and signed by the author, Steve Walton.
